Voter Registration




The mission of the Florence County Board of Voter Registration and Elections is to ensure every eligible citizen has the opportunity to register to vote, participate in fair and impartial elections, and have the assurance that their votes will count.

We are always needing public-spirited individuals to serve our community as poll workers. If you think you might be interested in helping with elections, please download the Poll Worker application and either mail or bring it to our office.


HAND COUNT AUDIT FOR FLORENCE COUNTY’S JUNE 23, 2026 PRIMARY RUNOFF ELECTION WILL BEGIN WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2026 AT 11:00 AM


The Primary Run-off election will be held on Tuesday, June 23. Voters will vote at their precincts. 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Early voting for the Primary Run-off will be held for 2 days, June 17 and 18 from 8:30 am – 5:00pm. The polling places are as follows:

Lake City Public Library – 221 E Main Street - Lake City
Olanta Public Library – 210 E Hampton St – Olanta
Timmonsville Public Library – 298 W Smith St – Timmonsville
Pamplico Public Library – 100 E Main St – Pamplico
Johnsonville Public Library – 242 S. Georgetown Hwy - Johnsonville
